
Experian Auto Hub Redesign
The Experian Auto Hub was created as a one-stop shop for users to see key info about their car in one place—like the status their auto loan, insurance details, recall info, vehicle history reports etc.
Problem to solve: The original Experian Auto Hub could only be utilized for 1 vehicle at a time.
While testing the original auto hub design, we learned about 50% of our users have more than 1 car, and were disappointed that they couldn’t add them to the hub as it was.
The goal: Completely redesign the auto hub so that it could support a multi-car garage, offer visibility into our other auto-related offerings and notify users about important info about their car(s).
Since auto-related info can be dense by nature, my personal goal was to help re-imagine this experience in a way that was easy to understand, useful and intuitive.
